Responsibilities
Support, organise and motivate the stewarding team to complete daily tasks with excellence.
Carry out cleaning duties to keep kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils spotless and safe.
Apply and oversee food safety procedures to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
Work collaboratively with the broader F&B team to meet operational needs.
Assist with onboarding, training and skill development to help your teammates thrive.
Qualifications
Experience and knowledge of stewarding or kitchen operations.
Strong understanding of hygiene standards and food safety requirements.
Confidence in leading, training and mentoring others.
Ability to identify and manage safety hazards.
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays (with weekday RDOs).
