We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment solutions across specific regions and management teams.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver a range of talent acquisition solutions to support the ongoing needs and expansion of our Allied Health and Administrative teams.
This is a hybrid recruitment role that involves recruiting for Full time, Part time, Casual and Locum staff.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in talent acquisition business partnering with senior stakeholders and proven experience partnering with management on talent considerations and influencing outcomes.
The successful candidate will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with a diverse range of people at all levels of the organisation.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:
* Partnering and building strong relationships with management and internal stakeholders to provide solutions regarding workforce planning and talent acquisition.
* Delivering a range of talent acquisition solutions to support the ongoing needs and expansion of our Allied Health and Administrative teams.
* Coordinating talent acquisition activity, while researching and identifying alternative, cutting edge and industry-leading talent and selection methods.
* Maintaining up to date knowledge of industry talent and remuneration patterns.
* Assisting in maintenance and enhancements of our online presence and marketing strategies.
* Market, source, manage and maintain our internal Locum workforce.
