About the position
Due to increased production demand, Goodwill Engineering is expanding its team to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer support.
As anAssistant Supervisor, you'll work hands-on with employees with complex support needs, guiding them through daily tasks, training, and personal development.
You'll help set up and manage production processes, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial targets are met.
This role is vital in maintaining continuity, reducing production errors, and supporting the onboarding of new employees with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-the-job support and personal care to employees with disabilities
Set up and maintain manufacturing processes and equipment
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
Conduct training and assessments to support skill development
Participate in team-based problem-solving and continuous improvement
Comply with safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
About You

Essential Criteria
Certificate III in Disability, Community Services, or relevant experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of NDIS principles and community inclusion.
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and National Police Clearance.
COVID-19 vaccination proof.
