About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, accuracy, and process driven work, and who takes pride in supporting smooth sales delivery from quote through to fulfilment and renewal.
You will play a critical behind the scenes role, ensuring procurement, quoting, renewals, and sales administration are handled accurately and consistently, enabling our engineers and sales team to focus on delivery and customer relationships. This role will provide great opportunities for further growth and career development!
Core Responsibilities
* Coordinate hardware, licensing, and service procurement aligned to approved quotes
* Liaise with vendors on pricing, availability, and lead times
* Track orders through to delivery and manage issues
* Prepare accurate quotes in line with pricing frameworks and approvals
* Maintain sales documentation and support clean handover to operations
* Keep CRM and sales systems up to date
* Track renewal dates and prepare renewal quotes
* Coordinate with vendors on renewals and licence changes
* Support timely processing to ensure continuity of service
What We Are Looking For
* Strong administrative or coordination experience, ideally within ICT or a services environment
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidence working with systems, documentation, and structured processes
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working closely with sales, operations, vendors, and finance
* A proactive, organised, and dependable approach
