We are seeking a talented and motivated in-house Interior Designer to join our growing team, supporting a pipeline of new build and refurbishment projects in residential aged care and retirement living.
This is a hands‐on, onsite role based in Hampton East, with occasional interstate travel required for project delivery.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality interior design outcomes across multiple projects, working closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and external consultants.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the development and execution of design concepts
* Preparing design documentation including drawings, mood boards, and schedules
* Drafting and modelling using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
* Researching materials, finishes, and furnishings, and preparing sample boards
* Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and project stakeholders
* Supporting project delivery, timelines, and budgets
* Participating in client meetings, presentations, and site visits
* Assisting with on‐site implementation, including interstate installations
* Maintaining design standards, compliance, and attention to detail
About You
You're a capable and detail‐oriented designer who enjoys working across multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
You will bring:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in interior design
* Strong design, creative, and technical skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
* A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn
* Current driver's licence and ability to travel interstate as required
* Full working rights in Australia
