Job Description

The Role

As an Interior Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping commercial environments that balance creativity with functionality. You'll work closely with senior designers, clients and delivery teams to develop design solutions that are both inspiring and buildable.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop creative, practical design concepts aligned to client briefs, scope and project outcomes.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams to deliver seamless design solutions.
• Partner with clients to understand their culture, brand and operational needs, delivering outcomes that exceed expectations.
• Prepare high-quality design documentation from concept through to construction.
• Work hand-in-hand with Business Development and Construction teams to support smooth project delivery.
• Incorporate global best practice, think laterally, and contribute innovative ideas across projects.
• Grow your capability through mentorship and ongoing feedback from senior designers.

What You Bring

This role will suit someone highly experienced in commercial interior design, who can work flexibly and is committed to continual growth and improvement. Must have tertiary qualification in interior design or architecture.

• A tertiary qualification in Interior Design, Architectural Design or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial interior design.
• Strong ability to visually communicate design ideas, from early sketches through to final presentations.
• Advanced design and visualisation skills, including hand sketching, with fluency in Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of building codes, quality standards and documentation requirements.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
