About the Role
You'll be part of a team that helps women achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives through:
* General household management and daily living support
* Transport and community access
* Social and recreational participation
* Personal care and clinical assistance
* Companionship and meaningful connection
* Encouraging wellbeing, independence, and personal growth
* Liaising with allied health professionals and families
* Accurate documentation to ensure continuity of care
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you are:

* Proactive and self-motivated – able to work independently with initiative
* Professional and personable – someone who brings warmth and reliability to every interaction
* Adaptable and resourceful – confident managing changing environments
* A strong communicator – able to build authentic relationships with clients and colleagues alike
What You'll Need
* Certificate III (or higher) in a relevant field or willingness to obtain
* Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Yellow Card / Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
* QLD Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
