VFX & Post Coordinator, ARC Film

About the Role
ARC Film is seeking a VFX & Post Production Coordinator to support the delivery of picture post production across our feature films, episodic series, and short films. This is a junior to mid-level role working closely with our Post Production Producer, VFX Producer, and Head of VFX to help keep projects running smoothly from early post through to final delivery.
This is an operational, detail-driven position that sits across editorial, VFX, DI, finishing, and delivery. You'll assist with scheduling, bookings, tracking, and day-to-day workflow coordination, supporting creative teams and helping ensure clear communication and strong organisation at every stage of post. We're looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and dependable. Someone who takes initiative, loves staying across the detail, and thrives in a fast-moving post-production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Workflow Support
* Assist the Post Production Producer and VFX Producer with day-to-day
coordination across post-production and VFX.
* Support the IO (In-source / Outsource) team.
* Proactively monitor schedules, milestones, and deliveries across editorial, VFX, DI, finishing, and mastering.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date status documents, internal schedules, and trackers.
Facility & Resource Coordination
* Assist with bookings for edit suites, grade rooms, review spaces, and internal artist resources.
* Support room allocations and daily usage tracking.
* Help prepare the facility for client sessions and changing schedules.
VFX, Editorial & DI Support
* Support coordination between editorial, VFX, and DI teams at key handover points.
* Assist with VFX pulls, turnovers, shot tracking, reviews, and client presentations.
* Update VFX database regularly and flag changes, risks, or delays to the VFX Producer.
* Help ensure materials are delivered correctly and on time between departments.
Technical & Delivery Support
* Assist with tracking technical specifications, file requirements, and delivery standards.
Team & Vendor Communication
* Support communication across editorial, DI, VFX, sound, technology, finishing, and IO teams.
* Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to help track timelines and deliveries.
* Provide clear, timely updates to the Post Production Producer and VFX Producer.
About You
* 1–3+ years' experience in post-production, production coordination, or VFX coordination.
* A basic working knowledge of editorial, DI, VFX, and delivery workflows.
* Exceptionally organised, highly proactive, and reliable.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
* Clear, calm communicator with a collaborative mindset.
* Eager to learn, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about post-production craft and storytelling.
