As a Workplace Coach, you’ll support people with disability in maintaining meaningful employment by providing tailored, on-the-job coaching that responds to both individual and employer needs. Your role is dynamic and people-focused—building confidence, resolving workplace challenges, and fostering sustainable employment through strong relationships and practical support.

Qualifications in Certificate III in Employment Services, Community Services, Disability Services or similar, or a willingness to complete a formal qualification, fully supported by Status, as part of your employment journey with us
