The Positions
We have a variety of roles available at Oz Education Tuggerah:
* Full time - Diploma Educator
* Full time - Cert III Educator
Required Qualifications & Desired Skills
* Working towards or hold a Cert III Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Valid Working with Children Check
* National Police Check
* Current Children Protection, First Aid & CPR certificate
* Developing knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Ability to form positive rapport with all children, families, management and educators
* Ability to confidently and clearly communicate, relate and interact with children, families, management and educators

Essential Requirements
* Current Child Protection Training
* A demonstrated understanding of child protection and safeguarding responsibilities in early childhood settings
* Knowledge of mandatory reporting obligations and relevant child protection legislation
* Understanding of professional boundaries and appropriate behaviours when working with children
* Ability to identify and respond to indicators of abuse, harm, or neglect
* Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality requirements relating to children and families
* Experience implementing child-safe policies and procedures
Applicants will be required to undergo comprehensive background checks, including:
* Working With Children Check
* National Police Check
* Verification of qualifications
* Professional reference checks
