Oversee rent roll operations Ensure smooth, compliant management of the department with a focus on efficiency, service, and team success. Conduct KPI reviews, team meetings, and training Drive accountability and development through regular performance tracking and structured feedback sessions. Manage escalations and client concerns Take the lead on complex or sensitive matters, resolving issues professionally and upholding service standards. Attend NCAT hearings as required Confidently represent the agency with full preparation and compliance. Provide leave coverage support Step in to maintain consistency and service levels when team members are away. Refine systems and processes Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement improvements for long-term success. Maintain strong client relationships Build trust with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders through proactive communication and professionalism. What You Bring 10 years of Property Management experience Current Real Estate Licence Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act Demonstrated team leadership or management experience Excellent communication and organisational skills Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence Ready to Join a Team That Sets the Standard in Real Estate?
