About the role
As a BMW Product Genius, you will play a key role in delivering a premium customer experience by being the brand and product expert. You'll support customers throughout their ownership journey by explaining vehicle features, technology, and innovations, while working closely with Sales and Service teams to uphold BMW and Jowett Motor Group standards.
Key responsibilities
* Plan, develop and implement product training and skill improvements for our sales team.
* Assist customers as well as our teams' questions relating to BMW Technology.
* Setting up customer technology connections for sales and service customers.
* Demonstrate the features and technology of our vehicles to customers, including test drive experience.
* Facilitate customer workshops to showcase the wonders of our cars.
* Work with BMW Australia to ensure our product IT systems operate perfectly.
About you
You'll bring:
* Previous experience in a Product Genius, automotive sales support, or customer-facing technical role (BMW experience highly regarded).
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain complex technology in a clear, customer-friendly way.
* Confidence engaging with customers and delivering premium brand experiences.
* A passion for the BMW brand and automotive innovation.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital systems.
* A proactive, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
* A valid driver's licence.
