Responsibilities
* Keeping track of project progress
* Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards
* Ensuring compliance with the environmental standards
* Planning for equipment and materials
* Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs
* Set performance goals and deadlines
* Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget
* Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
* Monitor and report on project progress
* Plan inspections and obtain construction permits from local authorities
* Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
Requirements
* The candidate must have a strong record of drilling and grout works performed both on surface and underground.
* The experience must include drilling and grouting with both low- and high-pressure technique and must have a strong understanding of the different equipment used for drilling and grouting as well as the materials during operations.
* Minimum experience in the drilling and grouting only not less than 20 years.
* A superintendent job duty will also include allocating and monitoring budgets.
* This role requires excellent communication skills, collaboration with various people such as construction workers, supervisors, and engineers.
