Job Title: Harvest Worker/ Farm hand
Responsibilities:
Harvesting: Harvest herbs at the peak of freshness and quality, following established guidelines to maintain product integrity.
Processing: Clean, sort, and prepare harvested herbs for packaging and distribution. This may include cutting, and packaging according to specified standards.
Quality Control: Inspect harvested herbs for pests, diseases, and other quality issues, taking appropriate measures to maintain product quality.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all tools and equipment are properly cleaned, maintained, and stored after each use.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a protected working workplace for yourself and your colleagues.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Ability to speak and understand English essential.
Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Solid attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

Pay: From $29.33 per hour
Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
