Duties
Identify and convert current business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with landlords and investors
Conduct rental appraisals and present compelling proposals
Negotiate and secure new management agreements
Collaborate with the property management team for seamless onboarding
Represent the agency at networking events and industry functions
