Role Overview
UMENCO is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager for an Australian lifestyle brand, to partner closely with the Founder and lead the next phase of growth for this business.
The Commercial Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, commercial performance and scalable business growth. Working closely with the Founder, this role will oversee the systems, processes and cross-functional initiatives that support the efficient delivery of products and services while ensuring the business is positioned for continued success.
The Commercial Operations Manager will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, forecasting demand, managing budgets and providing commercial insights that inform strategic decision-making. Through detailed reporting and analysis, you will identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimise margins and support sustainable revenue growth across all channels.
A key focus of the role will be overseeing operational infrastructure, including inventory planning, supply chain coordination, ecommerce operations, third-party logistics and warehouse management. The successful talent will lead the ongoing optimisation of business systems and workflows, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy and customer experience.
This role requires a highly organised and commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working collaboratively with sales, marketing, customer experience and external partners, driving business improvements initiatives, manage key projects and support the execution of growth strategies.
