Our client has a rich 40-year history in the power sector, having developed over $5.5 billion across conventional and renewable generation assets.
This is an exciting opportunity to join their team at a cutting-edge battery storage facility in Brisbane's northern suburbs.

The Role
Bring your construction leadership to one of Queensland's most significant infrastructure builds — a $1.4 billion battery energy storage facility reshaping Australia's energy grid.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily on-site leadership of civil, structural, and general construction activities
* Drive safety leadership including enforcement of HSE policies and permit-to-work systems
* Monitor contractor progress against approved schedules and construction plans
* Coordinate construction interfaces between multiple EPC contractors and work fronts
* Manage site logistics including laydown areas, access roads, and material deliveries
* Lead hold-point inspections, quality surveillance, and witness testing activities
What You'll Bring
Essential Qualifications:
* Trade qualification, diploma, or degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline
* 10+ years in construction supervision or superintendent roles on major projects
* Demonstrated safety leadership and strong safety record
* Experience on projects exceeding $200M in value
* Current Construction Induction Card (White Card) and Queensland driver's license
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
Desired Skills
* Experience on energy sector or renewable energy construction projects
* Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent
* First Aid certification
* Experience with BESS or electrical infrastructure construction
