Euroa | Immediate Start | Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm
We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer for a temporary assignment based in Euroa, supporting a newly implemented team working on fire recovery efforts following the Longwood fire.
About the Role: Reporting to the project team, your key responsibilities will include:
* Data entry and record management
* Scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
* General administrative support to the fire recovery team
* Assisting with documentation and reporting
* Ad hoc admin duties as required
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong, demonstrable administration experience (extensive admin/administration assistant background preferred)
* Excellent data entry and organisational skills
* Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
* A proactive and supportive approach
Assignment Details:
* Temporary role – 4 weeks initially
* Strong potential for extension if required
* Immediate start
* Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
* Based in Euroa
