You're the glue that keeps projects and people moving.
You love structure, clarity and process. You're the calm in the chaos when things get complex. And you're the organiser, connector and translator who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.
You'll sit right in the middle of the action, guiding customers from the excitement of the sale through to DA approval – helping them navigate planning rules, consultants, council requirements and plenty of "wait… what does that mean?" moments.
And you'll do it in a business where you're genuinely valued. Not just a number.
Hunter Valley Modular Homes is growing steadily and intentionally, creating real opportunity for you to grow with the business – not get lost in it.
You'll work locally in Heatherbrae, from a beautiful new site, in a flat, ego-free structure with a hands-on leadership team and a group of people who genuinely enjoy working together.
The focus here is smart growth. Better systems. Better decisions. Smarter, not harder.
It's the kind of place where good people stay. They're trusted, respected, and given room to do their best work.
The role
· Be the go-to person for customers, guiding them from pre-construction through DA and CC approvals.
· Keep projects moving by working closely with consultants, council, certifiers and the internal team.
· Coordinate the details that matter – documentation, reports, approvals, quotes and compliance.
· Keep clients in the loop with clear, confident updates (especially when things change).
· Keep everything organised, tracked and running smoothly while supporting the sales and construction teams.
· Improving systems and processes as the business continues to grow.
What you'll need
· A love of the world of new home builds and construction.
· Ideally, experience with DA processes, planning, council or construction admin, and a background in coordinating consultants or regulatory workflows.
· A highly organised, structured, and process-driven approach to work.
· Confidence in communicating clearly and holding boundaries.
· Detail-focus and to be comfortable working in compliance-heavy environments.
If you're a high "C" personality (methodical, logical, thorough), this role will feel very satisfying.
