Job Overview:
Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and environments is a key task as a Utility Worker. This role involves ensuring satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils.
* Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
* Clean and maintain equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues to management.
* Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests and coworkers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and sanitized at all times.
2. Operate dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
3. Restock supplies and report any issues with equipment or facilities to management.
