The Role
Exciting Opportunity for a Team Leader at our Plainland Location!
We are actively seeking dynamic individual to join our team in Plainland as a Assistant Team Leader. As a vital member of our vibrant team, you will play a key role in Customer Service, Merchandising, and Stock Management. Responsibilities include:
* Supervising the store team to ensure optimal performance and exceptional customer service.
* Effectively selling goods and services, providing advice on product use to customers.
* Conducting employee training to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Following company procedures for opening and closing stores.
* Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
Successful candidates will be entrusted with keys to the store for opening and/or closing duties. The work hours will be fixed fortnightly, accommodating the schedules of successful candidates, including weekend shifts.
