Position Details

* Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
* Excellent pay rates
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
* Process and manage customer orders efficiently, including online transactions.
* Expedite backorders and provide customers with timely daily status updates.
* Support general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or other order management systems.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a rapid‐paced environment.
* Customer‐focused with a problem‐solving mindset.
