Customer Service Executive - Maternity cover 12 month FTC - Australia, based in Sydney. Joseph Joseph Ltd is a leading houseware brand with a global presence, solving everyday problems through intelligent design.
What you will be doing
* Assisting the Customer Service Manager in supporting and developing the Customer Service Team in delivering exceptional service to domestic and B2B customers.
* Be a subject matter expert in Joseph Joseph products, processes, systems and customers.
* Timely and accurate processing of sales orders (via multiple channels including EDI, online portal, CSV upload and manual entry).
* Timely responses to all enquiries, aiming for first contact resolution.
* Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Finance/Credit Control, Logistics, and Sales to support customer accounts and delivery of a great customer experience.
* Drive development of improved customer order processes, service delivery and behaviours.
* Maintain high service level standards and KPIs.
What we need from you
* Experience in a customer service role is ideal but not essential.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (V-Lookups and Pivot Tables are an advantage).
* Experience with ERP/system applications such as Netsuite or SAP.
* Brand experience preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
* Approachable, empathetic, collaborative and service-oriented.
