Responsibilities
Lead the store team as a Floor Manager, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
Model the Sephora experience, embodying the brand DNA and delivering a curated, innovative beauty experience.
Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs, coaching and developing team members.
Utilise and interpret reporting data for operational decisions in collaboration with senior managers.
Facilitate open communication with the team and management.
Act as Manager In Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters, making store decisions confidently.
Work across all product categories (beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness) and store functions (sales, management, back-of-house operations).
Qualifications & Requirements
Open to rotating roster to support store needs.
Previous retail management experience with profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control and visual merchandising.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for daily reporting.
Hands-on leader who enjoys being on the sales floor, motivating and coaching the team.
Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail, ensuring the store represents Sephora.
Commitment to maintaining a positive culture with recognition, coaching, learning and career development.
Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPI's.
