This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience across diverse podiatry areas, including a focus on biomechanics, laser therapy and shockwave therapy. We offer a diverse level of care also seeing nail surgery, paediatric care, general treatments and diabetic foot care. There will be lots of variety in your day and never a full day of GTs like some clinics. We are a forward focused clinic and embrace technology and learning.
Happy Feet Podiatry is based in a vibrant area with easy access to cafes, restaurants, shopping, and the scenic Bar Beach just a short walk away. Our clinic offers a warm, friendly environment where team culture is everything. You'll be joining a young (we think we are), fun team that feels like family and is dedicated to making a difference in patients' lives. We are a boutique clinic in a chic high end trendy corner of Newcastle. We pride ourselves on offering an exceptional level of care.
If you are already an experienced Podiatrist you will be joining a supportive team that focuses on providing a high level of care and communication between all the team members. You will get the benefits of working in a social team where we enjoy four team outings a year. Bi weekly continuing education meetings that go towards your CPD. Depending on your level of expertise weekly support meetings and co-consulting opportunities are there to help guide you to success.
If you are a new graduate we believe getting off to the right start with personalised mentorship is the most important aspect of starting your career. As a member of Happy Feet Podiatry, you'll work alongside our Senior Podiatrists and participate in a structured 1 to 1 mentorship program designed to set you up for success. Just like the personalised service we offer our patients, our new graduate program offers personalised mentorship. We understand the importance of a smooth transition from graduate to professional and will guide you through every step with regular clinical case meetings, and opportunities for growth. With each year, you'll build foundational skills that will shape your career, preparing you to become a senior or specialist podiatrist within our team.

Remuneration- You will enjoy a base salary well above award with lucrative rewards structure added on top. A Structured salary tier will depend on your level of expertise. You will also get all insurances, registrations and CPD allowances.
