Join this leading national enterprise as an experienced Iteration Manager to lead day to day agile delivery across a Digital Trust Services program—a nationally significant initiative building secure digital identity verification across Australian jurisdictions and New Zealand.
The Role
As Iteration Manager, you'll own the delivery cadence for geographically dispersed teams, ensuring work stays on track, dependencies are managed, and critical deliverables are never dropped.
Your day to day will include facilitating and ensuring quality across all agile ceremonies—Standups, Planning, Retrospectives, Showcases, and Story Kickoffs—while fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
You'll support the adoption of up-to-date practices like DevOps and continuous delivery, ensuring teams can reliably maintain their products while building quality in from the start.
Working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders, you'll manage team capacity and demand, align work with strategy and roadmaps, maintain backlogs and release plans, and liaise with other teams to resolve delivery dependencies—all while maintaining a sustainable pace that creates space for innovation.
What you bring to the role
You will have significant experience facilitating agile delivery with proven outcomes in predictability, flow, and stakeholder alignment. In addition to this you will have:
- Recognised Agile qualification (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Jira and Atlassian expertise and strong Confluence documentation practices
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver results and educate teams on agile practices
- Experience managing program level reporting and RAID integration
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
