The Opportunity: We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Automotive & Manufacturing division. No Recruitment Experience Is Required. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales, recruitment, business development, or relationship management. You'll receive direct mentoring from Managing Director Tavis Shearer and learn how to build and manage a successful recruitment desk from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing
* Sourcing and engaging candidates
* Building relationships with clients and job seekers
* Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
* Learning business development and client management skills
* Using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, and recruitment technology
* Maintaining candidate pipelines and CRM records
* Developing knowledge of the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors
* Delivering exceptional service and communication
