Due to this recent growth, they are now looking to appoint a QA/QC Manager in a brand new role within the business. About the Role: Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the QA/QC Manager will be responsible for leading the quality assurance and quality control function on-site. You will manage and mentor a small team of two QA/QC Officers, ensuring all products meet internal and external quality standards. This role would suit someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and is looking for an opportunity where they can truly make their mark, drive improvements, and shape the quality processes within the business. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all QA and QC activities across the production site. Lead, support, and develop two QA/QC team members. Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Maintain and continuously improve quality management systems (QMS). Investigate non-conformances and drive corrective and preventative actions. Collaborate closely with the operations and production teams to ensure consistent product quality. Develop and deliver quality training across the site. About You: Experience in a QA/QC role within food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing. Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant food safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
