Operations Administrator – Permanent Role | Immediate Start
Location: Mackay, QLD
Salary: Up to 80k – 85k + Super + 10% Short-Term Incentive
We're seeking an experienced and driven Operations Administrator to join a well-established team in a full-time, permanent role based in Mackay. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations and requires prior experience in the mining or resources sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Team
* Prepare monthly reports and maintain key project data and dashboards
* Coordinate supplier accounts, purchasing (SAP), and expense reconciliation
* Schedule and track site inductions, medicals, and training compliance
* Maintain accurate training and safety records
* Organise meetings, travel, and assist with audit preparation
* Liaise daily with internal teams, contractors, and external partners
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' administrative experience in mining or a related resources environment
* Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a proactive, team-oriented approach
