We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital & Graphic Designer to join our Sydney-based team full time. This role exists to elevate Arcina Ori's visual identity across every customer touchpoint, owning the design and digital execution of branded assets, campaigns, email marketing, paid advertising, and website assets. As the brand grows, this role will remove creative production bottlenecks and ensure our output is efficient, consistent, and always premium.
You will design, build, upload, and execute across every channel, translating campaign concepts and brand direction into on‐brand visual executions. You will work closely with our Head of Growth and receive creative direction from our Founder and Creative Director.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing Design & Execution
* Design and build all campaign EDMs in Klaviyo (approximately 3–5 per week)
* Design and build email flow templates — welcome, post‐purchase, winback, back‐in‐stock, loyalty, and beyond
* Schedule and send all campaign emails and SMS in line with the marketing calendar
* Upload and configure flow emails within Klaviyo including block structure and send logic
* QA all EDMs prior to send, including layout, links, copy, and image rendering across desktop and mobile
* Maintain and evolve EDM templates in line with brand direction
* Asset exports and sizing for all email placements
Paid Advertising Creative
* Adapt campaign imagery and video into paid ad assets across all required formats and ratios for Meta and Google Display
* Apply text overlays, messaging direction, and brand‐consistent design treatments to supplied campaign creative
* Export and deliver all final assets in correct specifications for each platform
* Iterate on assets based on performance feedback from digital
* Ensure consistent brand presentation across all paid placements
Website Content & Asset Management
* Upload and update homepage imagery, banners, and layout modules in Shopify — fortnightly and with new releases
* Add campaign imagery and video to product detail pages (PDPs)
* Create and upload campaign product videos for PDPs
* Maintain visual consistency across all website touchpoints including homepage, collection pages, and editorial pages
* Support homepage storytelling concepts in collaboration with the broader team
* Translate campaign narrative across website touchpoints
Organic Social & Brand Assets
* Design Instagram Story layouts and formatting for campaign and content rollouts
* Build supporting social graphics for organic feed in collaboration with marketing
* Support campaign assets including lookbook layouts, brand collateral, and activation materials
* Packaging and care label design support as required
* Maintain asset library and ensure all files are exported, named, and organised correctly
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years in a digital design or creative production role, ideally within fashion, retail, or a premium consumer brand
* Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere or equivalent)
* Hands‐on experience building and sending emails in Klaviyo
* Comfortable working directly in Shopify to upload and manage content
* Strong eye for premium aesthetics — you understand what on‐brand means and you hold the standard
* Highly organised, deadline‐aware, and capable of managing multiple briefs simultaneously
* A finisher: you don't consider work done until it is live and correct
* Comfortable working autonomously in a small, fast‐moving team
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating:
* Email marketing (EDMs)
* Paid advertising creative
* Campaign or brand work
* Experience within fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands is highly regarded
This is a full time position in‐house within our Redfern office.
