Exciting opportunity on offer for a Telstra Partner Sales Professional who is passionate and driven to deliver exceptional Customer Service in our Innisfail store.
The role is on a permanent basis including Saturday mornings till 1pm. 38 hr week
We offer a friendly and inclusive work environment in a modern and expansive store. We are a fun team who share a passion for helping our customers to make informed buying decisions on their Mobile phone and NBN needs.
Duties
Interpersonal Skills – to include high levels of oral and written communication to engage effectively and with a wide variety of people with confidence in a professional manner.
Sales Skills – to include the ability to listen attentively to customer needs and offer thorough product knowledge and have awareness of alternative solutions.
Computer Literacy – to include ability to use computerised point of sales systems with good numeracy skills together with using in-store software programs.
Self Management Skills – to include the ability to work autonomously, manage administrative tasks within time constraints, be flexible and a multi-tasker. Achieve sales and performance targets. Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards, Must be available to work Saturdays.
