Key Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects
* Monitor pipeline and sales processes across the sales group
* Facilitate weekly and monthly sales team meetings and ensure position clarity
* Lead the development and execution of national sales plans across multiple product segments
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets for the Australasian market
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA or Bachelor's degree (Business) or a degree in Electrical Engineering or related qualifications desirable
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership position with direct and indirect channels
- Experience in the Australian mining, EPC, Tier 1 markets and adjacent sectors in heavy industry
- Demonstrated ability to achieve plans and deliver results
- Knowledge of electrical products, applications, and markets
