SAP Security Leadership Opportunity
Our organization seeks an experienced SAP security professional to lead the security aspects of clients' projects and provide strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic SAP Security Advisory: Provide expert advice on risk management, security architecture, and compliance to guide clients in their SAP security strategy.
* Project Leadership: Lead security-focused SAP projects, managing cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with security objectives.
* Security Architecture Design: Design and architect secure SAP systems incorporating the latest security best practices and technologies.
* Security Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure SAP systems meet regulatory requirements and industry standards, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
* Security Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver security training programs for SAP users and administrators, fostering a culture of security awareness.
* Vendor and Partner Management: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with security technology vendors, ensuring access to the latest security solutions.
* Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry publications, speak at forums, and stay abreast of emerging SAP security trends and technologies.
* Mentorship and Talent Development: Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and contribute to their professional development.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Relevant professional experience can also be considered.
* Proven experience as an SAP Security Consultant, preferably with SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4HANA.
* In-depth understanding of SAP security administration, including user management, authorization concepts, data privacy, and system hardening.
* Comprehensive knowledge of SAP security technologies such as SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP, SAP Gateway, and SAP Fiori.
* Strong knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR) and regulatory requirements.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
* Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
* Active NV1 AGSVA clearance or ability to achieve NV1 clearance.
