Project Manager or Engineering Manager - Defence
Electronics/Software/IT type projects.
It is a complex product development environment and they are looking for an experienced project manager or engineering manager to join their team in Sydney, managing hardware and software product development projects.
In this role you will have end‐to‐end ownership of designated projects from conception to manufacturing and support, ensuring delivery meets time, budget and scope milestones. You need to have experience managing multiple products simultaneously at different stages of the design lifecycle.
Documentation forms a significant part of the responsibilities, including System and Subsystem specifications, design and interface specifications.
* Rail/Aerospace/Medical Devices/Defence experience
* Degree qualified in an engineering discipline (Electrical/Electronics/Software/Mechatronics)
* Product Lifecycle Management experience
* Software Development Lifecycle – C++/C (nice to have)
* Windows and Linux operating systems
