About the Role:
Our team is seeking a seasoned professional to lead construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, customer service, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all on-site activities to ensure timely completion and effective management of allocated builds
* Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams through regular communication and updates
* Oversee high-quality construction delivery in line with contract terms and legislative requirements
* Ensure site readiness, safety, and cleanliness at all stages of construction
* Maintain open communication channels with trades, suppliers, and internal teams for support and feedback
* Monitor and report site incidents, delays, and complete safety audits to identify areas for improvement
* Work closely with clients to achieve practical completion signoff within two weeks of inspection
* Participate in trade allocation meetings to ensure timely completion of sign-offs and adhere to compliance processes
* Support the onboarding process of new contractors while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
About You:
We are looking for an experienced individual who shares our values and possesses exceptional leadership, communication, and planning skills. In addition, you will demonstrate:
* A degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
* At least 5 years of experience in the Residential Project Home Industry
* Proven ability to manage multiple service providers and suppliers to deliver homes expediently
* Knowledge of building methods, practices, tools, materials, and work standards related to residential home construction
* Ability to proactively identify defects or problems and take necessary actions to rectify or prevent issues efficiently
* Outstanding leadership and communication skills with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
