We have two exciting roles available:
* Position 1: Working as part of the Staff Engagement Systems Team – using technology stacks such as Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams.
* Position 2: Working as part of the Attraction and Conversion Systems Team – using technology stacks such as Adobe Marketing Automation, Microsoft Power Platform and Sugar CRM.

Position Requirements
* An IT degree with subsequent relevant work experience (or equivalent knowledge and experience)
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
* Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
* The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within cross‐functional teams.
* Sound knowledge of relational database management, enterprise application systems, and Agile development practices, including integration methodologies.
* Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint and Teams).
Desirable
* Experience with CRM, Service Management, and Marketing Automation systems.
* Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Git Flow, and Agile delivery methodologies.
* Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting, GenAI development, and the Boomi integration platform.
* Experience delivering system user training.
