Full Time Roster Coordinator
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Full Time Roster Coordinator.
Just Better Care is Australia's leading supplier of in-home support, enabling people to live independently and maintain their personal and social connections. As a Roster Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure our services meet and exceed client expectations.
About the Role:
* Schedule a team of support workers to provide in-home care
* Provide efficient support for roster changes with minimal disruption to clients and staff
* Offer customer service with effective and positive communication with all stakeholders
* Respond quickly to fill emergency shifts
* Perform administration tasks and ensure compliance
* Answer inquiries from customers and families
Your Qualifications:
* Commitment to align with Just Better Care's mission, motivation, and values
* Previous experience in rostering is preferred
* Demonstrated ability to analyze and problem-solve with attention to detail
* Demonstrated experience in customer service
* Strong organizational abilities, including effective time management and prioritization in a busy work environment
* Proficient computer skills, including database management and Microsoft Office applications
* Demonstrated ability to record, report, and maintain information
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

* A current and satisfactory NDIS Workers Screening Card & Blue Card
