We’re looking for a dynamic Administration & HR Coordinator to be the central HR support in a large resort operation of more than 400 employees, to ensure our team feel valued and supported in their journey end-to-end. This could be just the right role for you? As our Admin & HR Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people. You’ll play a vital role to champion a positive employee experience and a safe workplace environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with department managers and team members to keep everything running smoothly. Reporting to Senior Admin Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Maintain accurate employee records, processes and oversee the weekly payroll Coordinate and contribute to employee benefits and recognition initiatives that promote wellbeing and a positive workplace culture Facilitate and deliver employee induction training and support onboarding activities ie uniform, name badge and ID Coordinate employee training initiatives, work experience and industry school based programs Contribute to WHS committee meetings, support incident, Workcover & medical reporting Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide support and service Maintain confidential and sensitive information What you’ll need to be successful Previous experience in a Human Resources administration environment Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices, workplace awards/agreements and WHS Proficient skill in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, Outlook A proactive problem solver with effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information Ability to work well in a large fast paced and professional team environment Professional personal presentation We are Offering Permanent full-time Monday-Friday 38 hrs week Competitive salary, industry benchmarked Generous employee discounts and benefits at RACV resorts, health & wellbeing, roadside, insurance, paid volunteer day, corporate partner offers, EAP more Employee of the month awards & recognition programs Opportunities for career training and development Complimentary parking onsite The RACV difference If you’re curious, we’re always looking for the best and brightest minds to come aboard for the journey.
