About The Opportunity
As Autosports Group continues to grow, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. In this hands-on role, you will support dealerships across Queensland by providing end-to-end HR coordination and administrative support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has studied HR or is seeking a HR entry level role who will get exposure across all aspects of HR/ Talent and Events
In this role you will:
* Monitor the HR and careers inbox and action items within the HRIS platform
* Provide HR support to managers and employees across multiple dealerships and escalate to the People & Culture Manager as appropriate
* Deliver a wide range of general HR administration activities
* Prepare employment contracts, variations, letters and professional correspondence
* Support managers with recruitment and onboarding activities
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
* Provide ongoing support to the wider People & Culture team
The ideal candidate:
* Organised, proactive, and people-focused
* Confidence with MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
* The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
* High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
* HR qualifications (or currently working towards) will be highly regarded
* Previous experience in administration, retail, or customer service is advantageous
