We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver family-focused services that support children aged 0-17. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing interventions and education to families experiencing vulnerability, promoting culture as a safety factor for children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide quality interventions and services to families experiencing vulnerability.
* Promote and engage in relationships with Aboriginal controlled organisations and communities.
* Undertake regular risk and needs assessments and case management.
* Develop good working relationships with partners to ensure cultural safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in community services or a related field.
* Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
* A current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment.
* A current Australian driver's licence.
* A qualification in community services.
* A current Working With Children (WWC) Check.
