About the role
We're looking for a driven Commercial Account Manager to own and grow our Victorian commercial market. You'll hunt new business across the building industry, manage existing merchant and developer relationships, secure product specifications for major projects, and run training sessions with key customers.
What you'll be doing
* Manage and grow relationships with merchants, distributors, home builders, and multi-res developers across Victoria
* Identify and secure new business through cold calls, warm leads, and networking across the Victorian building industry
* Obtain Residentia product specifications for commercial projects and work toward exceeding sales targets
* Deliver product and sales training sessions, contribute to marketing initiatives, and support forecasting and budgeting
What we're looking for
* 3+ years in sales, marketing, or a related field (appliance or building industry a bonus)
* Proven ability to build lasting relationships and manage your own workload autonomously
* Strong communication, problem‐solving, and organisational skills
* Current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a positive, proactive attitude
