Brandform is a leading creative, design, and branding agency specialising in luxury property marketing. From naming and brand identity to campaigns, websites, digital tools and engaging content, we help tier-one developers generate leads, convert sales, and maximise the value of their projects.
We're looking for a talented Account Director to lead exceptional branding and campaign outcomes for our premium property clients.
About the role:
You'll lead branding and campaign projects end-to-end, managing clients, budgets, timelines and teams with confidence and care. You'll:
* Build strong client relationships and long-term trust
* Oversee multiple work-streams with precision and calm
* Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support new business
* Mentor junior team members and champion great work
* Help refine our systems and processes for greater efficiency
Who you are:
A seasoned Account Director looking for a new challenge, or a high-performing Senior Account Manager ready to step up. You're a natural problem-solver with:
6+ years in branding, creative or integrated agencies
Experience across identity, campaigns, content and digital
Outstanding organisation, communication and time management skills
Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
A collaborative mindset and ability to lead by example
A genuine interest in property, architecture and design (a big plus)
