What does the role look like?

Our comprehensive Pathway Program offers you the opportunity to obtain your Real Estate Registration, while working and learning alongside some of Canberra's top agents and Relationship Managers, you'll gain exposure to all departments across our business.
Beginning from the ground up, our rigorous new to industry program is designed to nurture your development. Upon completion, we anticipate all participants to graduate as Sales Associates, Leasing Consultants, Administrators, or Junior Relationship Managers, based on your skills and preferences.
In this program intake, we are looking to hire for 2 different pathways roles;
Property Management focus - someone that would like to a career in the property management and leasing space.
Operations focus - someone that would like to focus more on the administration and operational side of the property management space, not necessarily the hands on jobs a relationship manager deals with.
