About the Role
This role involves working at the reception desk, where you will provide exceptional customer service to our members. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and energetic with excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will undertake various duties associated with check-in and check-out of members, answering all calls and assisting with requests and general enquiries. This role also involves access to the after-hours phone for dealing with guest enquiries and responsible for locking up resort areas. Additionally, you will manage after-hours bookings coming in via email.
