Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Property Administrator to join our team and manage a portfolio of residential rental properties.


Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular property inspections, address tenant inquiries, and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
* Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, ensuring a positive experience.
* Process rental payments, maintain accurate property records, and coordinate lease renewals.
* Support the operations of our real estate agency by assisting with reception duties as needed.


Requirements

* Previous experience in property administration or a similar customer-facing role.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficient in the use of real estate software and Microsoft Office applications.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to professional development.
