Train Cleaning Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the efficient cleaning and presentation of trains, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.
About This Role:
This specialist will work closely with train drivers and other staff members to coordinate and carry out train cleaning operations at designated facilities. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate train positioning and biological waste removal in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
* Clean external surfaces using high-pressure wash cycles, followed by inspection to meet required standards.
* Monitor Wash Plant performance, identify faults, report them promptly, and arrange necessary repairs through approved channels.
* Promote adherence to Quality Assurance (QA), Rail Safety Standards (RSS), Workplace Health & Safety Regulations (WHS) guidelines during daily activities.
