Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and accountability to AVCRO's Line and Base Maintenance Managers, Check Co-Ordinator and Zone Co-Ordinators
- Work with Certifying Staff for safe and efficient maintenance outcomes
- Being responsible for your work and your environment
Experience / Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in an aircraft maintenance environment of any description, i.e. Component Shop, Engine Shop, GA Workshop etc
- The ability to follow instructions, as well as consistently motivate and work with your team for successful outcomes
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to build successful and collaborative working relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholder groups
- 4 years work experience in similar role (preferred)
