Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage staff for our luxury hotel in the heart of Newcastle. Candidates should possess unwavering passion and flair for all things Food & Beverage. The role is suited to wait staff for A‑la‑Carte and Gastro Pub Classics, and Food & Drink Servers to serve a range of tastes and styles. Various shifts, mainly evening, are available on casual and part‑time contracts. Working‑holiday visa holders are required to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑standard service in a high‑volume, A‑la‑Carte environment.
* Anticipate and respond to customer requests professionally and timely.
* Engage guests, enhancing their experience and creating lasting memories.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in a high‑volume, A‑la‑Carte restaurant is advantageous.
* Absolute passion for your craft.
* High standard of service and excellent attention to detail.
* NSW RSA Certificate and POS experience.
* Natural energy, confidence, fun and positive attitude.
* Innate ability to engage with guests.
