Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across Aged Care, Critical Care & Emergency, Medical, and Perioperative settings. As part of the program, you will work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
You will be responsible for communicating effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels, participating in evidence-based practice and research activities to improve patient care, and adhering to organisational policies to maintain high standards of patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions.
* A sound understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Registered Nurse.
* The ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels.
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
* Knowledge of and involvement in evidence-based practice and research activities.
* Commitment to ongoing education and professional development to ensure working within current scope of practice.
* Excellent organisational skills, particularly with respect to time management.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and computer skills at the level required to fulfil the role.
