* Develop and maintain a suite of career resources, including guides, templates, industry information, and online tools in partnership with the Learning & Support Team.
* Collaborate with academic, compliance, and student-support teams to embed career development and employability within training programs.
* Lead the development and implementation of a foundational careers strategy for Early Childhood Education learners, informing the future expansion of a wider organisational careers service.
* Act as the primary careers contact, establishing processes, frameworks, and best practice guidelines to support future advisor roles.
* Collect, analyse, and report on career outcomes, labour-market insights, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* Provide mentoring and leadership to junior staff or future hires as the careers function grows.

* Advanced stakeholder management and employer engagement
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and student-support skills
